Hopewell Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I've travelled to many countries and stayed at several hotels that are 5 stars and does not compare. Rooms are beautiful, well thought out and laid out, clean, spacious, modern, friendly, and the location was perfect! All that is provided inside the room is environmentally friendly. I am super picky with bathroom cleanliness especially where the grout is and housekeeping truly maintains the cleanliness of it and hope they continue to in the future considering the hotel was fairly new when we stayed. The housekeeping manager also touch base with you if the rooms meet our expectations and I am super impressed. Never experienced this in any other countries in North America and Europe. Wan Chai location is great with easy access to MTR and the mall within Hopewell makes it more fun and easy for us to get food or products. Not to mention some great shoe stores like New Balance and Adidas, Watsons, and some real gems of unique products - all downstairs from the hotel. The staff are super nice and accommodating and will go above and beyond to help you with what you need. I asked the lobby staff where to go for the best claypot rice and she took the time to find out and printed out a map for me with several locations. Never experienced this level of customer service. I am so impressed with this hotel that I will stay here again in the future. Thank you Hopewell for making our stay so comfortable and convenient.

We stayed at this hotel in the central Wan Chai area, located above Hop Well Mall, and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent from check-in onwards—the staff at the lobby, restaurant, and housekeeping were all professional and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was outstanding! A wide and high-quality selection, including bread, cheeses, salads, eggs, muesli, cakes, coffee, soups, and Asian dishes. A truly luxurious breakfast. One of the great advantages of this hotel is its direct access to the mall, which is very convenient. There’s also a supermarket inside, which was really useful. The only downside is the access to the hotel—you need to take an elevator to the 3rd floor and then switch to another elevator to reach the lobby on the 19th floor. Once you understand the way, it’s not really an issue. We had a great stay and will definitely return!

Perfect Hotel, big in size, specially compared to other hotels in HK, perfect location, beautiful view over the harbour, amazing very kind and helpful staff. the breakfast buffet is really delicious as well! We would def come back and stay here again, our stay was perfect! the hotel is in a mall which makes it nice to just stroll around for shopping and eating. the area itself has a lot of cute coffee shop, there is a lot of food in walking distance, MRT is in walking distance as well. very safe area, we sometimes go for an evening walk and the area is super safe, no need to worry about anything, not as crowded as the Tsim Sha Shui in the evening which we loved! Hotel room is clean, everything is new, nice nespresso coffee and delicious tea, we will for sure stay here again on our next trip! highly recommended!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and even the housekeeping team was not only efficient but also warm and kind. The location was fantastic—one side offered a vibrant city view, while the other showcased beautiful natural scenery. There were also small parks and terrace-like areas nearby, adding a peaceful touch to the surroundings. Plus, getting to the metro was quick and easy, making it super convenient to explore the city. Breakfast was a highlight! The variety of delicious dishes made every morning enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Hong Kong!

Meet all my expectations, just had a little challenge when it comes to payment, as I could not pay online, and had to pay at the property, which made me pay a difference around 150+ Euro. But the rest was just fantastic. Special plate with "Birthday Sign" was arranged upon arrival. Room was decently spacious, it was cleaned on daily basis with such careful touch. Breakfast was incredible, buffet had such a wide options to chose from, staff was extremely attentive. Upon checking-in, person at the reception offered to pay directly on the spot, which would not cause a wait upon checking out.
